Background

When it comes to advising on Investments,  at JMC, our values are to provide an impartial approach and to ensure that our advice is in context with both market values and the intention our client has for the building.  When carrying out due diligence on a potential building purchase, we recognise the importance of timing to ensure the investment opportunity doesn’t go stale.

JMC valuers carry out valuations on semi-detached houses through to commercial office blocks and are adept at meeting deadlines without compromising on our standard of work or breaking protocol.
Whether the valuation is for matrimonial purposes, business, bank loan or investment our registered valuers work in accordance with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors regulations.

Valuation

JMC Surveyors are members of the RICS Registered Valuers Scheme and regularly provide valuations for a range of property types including retail, office and industrial units, as well as for residential properties.

Compulsory Purchase & Leasehold reform

The CPO process allows often local authorities the ability to obtain land or property against the consent of the owner. CPO’s can often be enforced if the development is in the public interest e.g. when building motorways or a new housing scheme and the land owner does not want to sell.
